About the role
Are you passionate about developing people and building capabilities that drive business success? Join our team as a Learning and Development Supervisor and take a key role in shaping learning strategies and initiatives across the organization. In this role, you will lead the design, implementation, and evaluation of learning programs that strengthen employee capabilities, develop leaders, and support organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders and stakeholders to identify learning and development needs and align initiatives with business objectives and talent priorities.
- Lead learning needs assessments to identify capability gaps and recommend appropriate development solutions.
- Develop and oversee annual learning plans, training calendars, and program budgets.
- Design and implement learning solutions that address organizational, team, and individual development needs.
- Lead the development and enhancement of learning interventions using established instructional design principles and methodologies.
- Manage the end-to-end implementation of learning programs, ensuring quality, effectiveness, and alignment with defined objectives.
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with internal stakeholders, subject matter experts, facilitators, and external learning providers.
- Oversee training logistics, learning sessions, facilitators, and other requirements across classroom and virtual learning environments.
- Manage and maximize the use of digital learning platforms and technologies to enhance the learner experience.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs through feedback, assessments, and relevant learning metrics.
- Analyze learning outcomes and recommend improvements and innovative approaches to strengthen program effectiveness and employee engagement.
- Provide guidance and support to stakeholders in developing learning and capability-building initiatives.
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in Learning and Development, Training, Organizational Development, or a related field.
- Proven experience in instructional design, training facilitation, curriculum development, and learning program implementation .
- Strong experience in stakeholder management, project coordination, and learning needs assessment.
- Excellent communication, presentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
- Experience working with shared services or external learning partners is an advantage.
- Willingness to work on a hybrid setup in Ortigas, Pasig .
