One of the leading providers of best-in-class information technology services and solutions is looking for an Enablement and Adoption Specialist to join their Hybrid team in Plano, TX!
Our client is looking for an Enablement and Adoption Specialist to support learning, enablement, and adoption initiatives across its Professional Services organization. In this role, you will take approved learning designs and turn them into finished, published, and measurable enablement materials. You will build e-learning content, administer the learning management system (LMS), coordinate training logistics, track completion and adoption, and support process and platform rollouts across the organization.
Contract Duration: 6-Month Contract-to-Hire Opportunity
Required Skills & Experience
- 3+ years of experience in Learning & Development, enablement operations, or corporate training production
- Hands-on LMS administration experience, including audience rules, assignment logic, enrollments, completion tracking, and reporting
- Experience building e-learning content using Articulate Storyline, Articulate Rise, or similar authoring tools
- Experience creating job aids, knowledge checks, quick-reference materials, and short-form video/screen-capture content
- Experience tracking and reporting training completion and adoption data
- Strong written communication and organizational skills
What You Will Be Doing
Daily Responsibilities
- Build and publish e-learning modules, job aids, knowledge checks, quick-reference guides, and training videos based on approved designs
- Administer the LMS, including course publication, learner assignments, enrollments, reminders, completion records, and reporting
- Coordinate training and enablement logistics, including scheduling, invitations, attendance tracking, and follow-up
- Track completion and adoption metrics and provide reporting on the effectiveness of enablement initiatives
- Support enablement activities for new processes, technology platforms, operating procedures, and organizational changes
- Maintain learning content libraries, including ownership, version control, and review dates
- Collect learner feedback and provide regular updates on enablement activities, outstanding approvals, and adoption gaps
