About This Role

This specialist role focuses on designing and developing training programs and e-learning content for IT services and consulting projects. It involves collaborating with subject matter experts to create engaging materials and developing assessment tools to measure learning outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop training programs, curricula, and course materials for IT services and consulting projects
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to create engaging e-learning content that meets client requirements
• Develop assessment tools and evaluation methods to measure learner performance and knowledge retention
• Provide technical support during the implementation phase of L&D initiatives

Requirements

• 4-8 years of experience in Learning & Development or a related field
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE), and e-learning best practices
• Proficiency in developing interactive e-learning modules using authoring tools like Articulate Storyline or similar platforms
