About This Role
As a Lead Webflow Developer, you will be responsible for setting digital benchmarks and leading a team to success. You will drive the development process with innovative AI workflows while ensuring the highest quality standards in our Webflow area.
Responsibilities
- Take responsibility for our Webflow area and ensure the highest quality standards through your expertise
- Lead the team and support colleagues in their professional development
- Conceptualize and develop complex web projects in Webflow, ensuring excellent technical implementation
- Drive the use of AI tools with a hands-on mentality to optimize workflows
- Act as a central interface between design and technology to transform creative visions into high-performing products
- Strategically develop our technical roadmap in the Webflow area in close coordination with management
Requirements
- At least 3 to 5 years of experience, preferably in an agency environment, as a Webflow professional
- Expertise in complex structures and CMS architectures within Webflow
- Passion for team leadership and mentoring colleagues
- Drive for innovation: familiarity with the latest AI trends and ability to integrate them into the development process
- A confident demeanor and an entrepreneurial mindset
- Ability to work independently and solution-oriented, with a commitment to continuous improvement
- Excellent German and English language skills
