Lead User Experience Designer

Responsibilities:

• Understand user requirements, information architecture to create intuitive user interfaces.
• Design UI architecture, interface, and interaction flow for web applications.
• Review technical requirements for key projects and translate concepts into design delivery.
• Collaborate with team to establish functional and non-functional requirements, provide technical analysis and coding support.
• Develop software/component-level designs to support technical requirements.
• Implement UX Design standards and processes from the ground up.
• Work on designs across web, mobile apps, and in-store environments to ensure a healthy user experience.
• Create performant visual effects with extensive knowledge of CSS and JS methods.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
• Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, etc.
• Experience with CSS frameworks and component libraries like Bulma.
• Strong expertise in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and JavaScript object model.
• Familiarity with CSS preprocessors and postprocessors, build packaging tools like NPM and Babel.
• Ability to work with UI frameworks like HTML, CSS, jQuery, Bootstrap, Angular, React, etc.
• Experience in mentoring or managing teams of researchers and user experience designers.
• Knowledge of web application designing principles and cross-browser compatibility.
• Proven track record of developing applications using various front-end technologies.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and analyze websites effectively.
