Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise a team of technicians in the shop.
- Ensure all repairs and services are performed to the highest standards.
- Diagnose complex automotive issues and provide solutions.
- Train and mentor junior technicians.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding their vehicle needs.
Requirements:
- Required: Minimum of 5 years of experience in automotive repair.
- Preferred: ASE certification.
- Required: Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Preferred: Experience with heavy-duty trucks.
- Preferred: Knowledge of automotive diagnostic tools and software.
- Required: High school diploma or equivalent.
