About the role
The Lead Specialist, SAP Engagement Delivery Lead is responsible for
leading end-to-end delivery of SAP enterprise business process managed services,
ensuring operational excellence and adherence to SLAs and KPIs.
The role involves serving as the primary escalation point for complex functional and operational issues,
guiding problem resolution, and standardizing processes across SAP domains such as
STP, ATR, and OTC.
Key duties include overseeing order-to-cash and financial operations, collaborating with Finance for
period-end close and audit readiness, and managing onshore/offshore teams supporting SAP support
levels 2/3.
Qualifications require a minimum of five years' recent experience in SAP S/4HANA modules,
and three years in a leadership role supporting SAP clients.
Essential skills include deep functional expertise in ATR, OTC, and integration with BTP teams,
strong leadership of distributed teams, excellent communication, and risk management capabilities.
Proficiency in incident, problem, change, and release management processes is also required.
This role demands professionalism, integrity, and the ability to adapt in a collaborative environment,
