Job Responsibilities
- Lead the design and delivery of end-to-end Salesforce solutions, translating business requirements into scalable functional and technical designs.
- Drive requirements workshops, define integration architectures, and provide guidance on Salesforce best practices, including standard vs. customized solutions.
- Support the full project lifecycle from solutioning and documentation through configuration, development, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.
- Partner with clients, business stakeholders, and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery and contribute to presales activities, including solution proposals and effort estimations.
Job Requirements
- 8 years of Salesforce consulting and implementation experience with the ability to independently lead functional and technical workstreams.
- Strong expertise in Salesforce technologies, including Apex, OmniStudio, APIs, integrations, middleware, and solution architecture.
- Hands-on experience in at least 2 Salesforce domains such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Agentforce, Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud (Data 360), or Industry Clouds.
- Proven consulting, stakeholder management, communication, and client-facing skills, with experience producing functional and technical solution documentation.
