Lead Product Manager - RPG

About This Role

Leading the product roadmap for Homa's live RPG games portfolio is the core of this role, starting with transforming a strong live title into a long-lasting franchise. As the RPG portfolio expands, so will the scope of this position, offering a significant hand in the product strategy for multiple titles and shaping Homa's overall RPG operations.

Responsibilities

• Define the product roadmap across one or more live RPG titles, including core loop, progression pacing, monetization, and meta systems such as gacha, PvP, seasons, and guild or pass structures, while maintaining the health of the in-game economy
• Own Live Ops end-to-end, defining the calendar, events, and player retention loop based on a realistic understanding of team design, production, and sustainability sprint over sprint
• Lead a talented but small team of product, design, and economy experts towards a shared goal, providing a clear plan, raising their skill level, and maximizing their potential
• Oversee the monetization model, working closely with the economy team to balance IAP and ad revenue growth synergistically
• Drive growth in partnership with User Acquisition (UA), ensuring player data, creative learnings, and campaign performance shape the product roadmap
• Achieve cross-functional excellence by working hand-in-hand with Publishing and studios, understanding game development and shipping end-to-end, from concept to launch, through logic and shared KPIs
• Set the bar by bringing genre benchmarks and proven best practices into every major discussion, providing the team with a clear, shared understanding of excellence in the RPG genre
• Stay hands-on when it counts, remaining close enough to the data and systems to personally delve into critical matters each month, rather than directing solely from a distance

Requirements

• Several years of product experience on live mobile games, especially RPG
• Genuine end-to-end ownership of an economy, progression system, or monetization roadmap
• Humility, curiosity, ambition, and drive to make an impact fast
• Product experience on live F2P mobile games
