Job Description As Lead Product Manager at Saturnos.com, you will own the strategy and roadmap for AI agents that automate complex advice workflows. Reporting directly to the CEO, you'll bridge technical engineering and regulatory compliance to transform how 9,000+ professionals manage $500bn in assets, moving from manual legacy systems to intelligent, audit-ready automation.

What You Will Do

• Own the product strategy and 3-6 month roadmap for AI agents, translating agentic LLM capabilities into trusted, audit-ready experiences for advisers.
• Run independent discovery with advisers and paraplanners to turn pain points into product direction, prioritizing features that deliver immediate commercial impact.
• Write high-clarity specs that allow a single engineer to ship entire features end-to-end, eliminating handoff chains and ambiguity.

The ideal candidate

• Proven product leadership in fast-paced B2B SaaS, with experience shipping products where AI is a core, non-deterministic engine rather than a bolt-on.
• High technical fluency, capable of debating AI architecture trade-offs and understanding why specific prompts or agentic workflows might fail in regulated environments.
• Exceptional written communicator with the commercial instinct to link product decisions to retention, expansion, and the broader revenue model.
