Lead Privileged Access Management (PAM)

About This Role

Leading Privileged Access Management (PAM) involves supporting and maintaining the Delinea Secret Server platform, managing privileged accounts, troubleshooting production issues, and ensuring secure access to critical enterprise systems. This role is for a candidate with strong technical skills in PAM concepts and hands-on experience with Delinea Secret Server.

Responsibilities

• Manage privileged accounts for Windows, Linux/Unix, databases, network devices, and applications
• Create, update, onboard, and maintain secrets, folders, permissions, and access policies in Delinea Secret Server
• Configure policies, provision, and revoke privileged access based on approved requests and least-privilege principles
• Handle L2/L3 incidents, service requests, problem records, and escalations within defined SLAs
• Resolve authentication failures, access-denied errors, password mismatches, discovery issues, and remote session launch problems
• Support patching, upgrades, configuration changes, certificate renewals, and disaster recovery testing

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of Privileged Access Management (PAM) concepts
• Hands-on experience with Delinea Secret Server / Thycotic Secret Server
• Windows Server, Active Directory, Linux/Unix, and service account management
• Password changers, password templates, secret permissions, and account discovery
• Distributed Engine configuration and troubleshooting
• Incident, problem, change, and request management using ServiceNow or similar tools
• Basic PowerShell, REST API, networking, and SQL Server connectivity troubleshooting
• Knowledge of MFA, RBAC, least privilege, and security auditing
