Job Summary
We are seeking a Principal-Level AI Developer to lead enterprise-wide AI strategy and execution. This is a highly visible, hands-on technical leadership role focused on designing scalable AI architectures, driving innovation, and shaping long-term AI vision across the organization.
The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in AI/ML, cloud platforms, and system design, along with a strong track record of leading enterprise-scale AI transformations.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and lead enterprise AI architecture ensuring scalability, performance, and innovation
- Drive complex, high-impact AI initiatives aligned with business objectives
- Act as a strategic advisor to executive leadership on AI/ML trends and adoption
- Establish and enforce AI governance, ethical frameworks, and technical standards
- Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing AI and engineering teams
- Identify and evaluate emerging AI technologies for strategic investment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define AI roadmaps and long-term strategy
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, or related field
- 15+ years of experience in software engineering and applied AI/ML
- Strong programming expertise in Python
- Hands-on experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar frameworks
- Deep expertise in system architecture and scalable AI solutions
- Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform)
- Proven track record in leading enterprise AI transformations
- Experience with AI governance, ethical AI frameworks, and compliance
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience building AI platforms at enterprise scale
- Exposure to MLOps, data engineering, and model lifecycle management
- Ability to influence executive decision-making and strategy
