About the role
Plan and design electrical infrastructure for residential/commercial township projects.
Prepare electrical load calculations and load sheets based on project requirements.
Develop HT/LT distribution network layouts including substations and transformer placements.
Coordinate with Liaison Teams Government authorities / electricity distribution companies for load sanction approvals.
Prepare and submit documentation required for electrical load approvals and infrastructure permissions.
Plan and supervise installation of HT/LT networks including cables, switchgear, and distribution panels.
Manage installation and commissioning of transformers and substations.
Ensure electrical systems meet safety, statutory, and technical standards.
Prepare detailed BOQs for electrical infrastructure works.
Assist in cost estimation and budget planning for electrical systems.
Coordinate with electrical contractors and vendors for supply and installation.
Review vendor proposals, technical specifications, and ensure compliance with project standards.
Monitor contractor performance and manage vendor billing and certification.
Verify contractor bills and work completion certificates.
Maintain documentation related to electrical approvals, drawings, BOQs, and execution records.
