Lead, Pilot - Boeing 757 Pilot

About This Role

This role is for a Boeing 757 Pilot who will be part of a professional flight crew and maintenance team, ensuring operational, training, and safety management objectives are met. The position involves adherence to scheduling, coordination, training, certification, and qualification requirements, working closely with customers to maintain safety and efficiency, and providing outstanding customer service. It requires short-notice travel and on-call responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform as a member of a select team of professional flight crews and maintenance personnel
• Ensure operations, training, and safety management goals are met
• Adhere to all scheduling, coordinating, training, certification, and qualification requirements
• Comply with crew flight and duty time limitations and standard operating procedures
• Work in close coordination with the customer to maintain a culture of safety with efficient procedures
• Support outstanding customer service
• Obtain and maintain a Top Secret security clearance
• Successfully complete 757 type rating, and G550 type rating (if required)
• Maintain a high degree of tact and interpersonal communication skills
• Interface daily with customers at numerous levels
• Possess outstanding organizational skills
• Read, speak and write English language
• Lift and/or move 50 – 75 pounds above the head
• Work shifts as assigned 7 days a week, 12 hours a day to support company objectives

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 9 years of prior relevant experience; or Graduate Degree and a minimum of 7 years of prior related experience; or in lieu of a degree, minimum of 13 years of prior related experience
• Minimum 3,000 total flight hours
• Minimum 1,000 Pilot in Command (PIC) flight hours
• Minimum 1,500 multi-engine turbine hours
• Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) certificate, with experience in aircraft with MTGW of 74K lbs or greater
• Class II FAA Flight Physical (First Class if age 65 or older)
• Ability to obtain an airport clearance/security badge (FAA)
• US citizen

Nice to have:

• Familiarity or experience with FAA FAR Part 91/121/125/135
• Active DoD Secret or Top Secret security clearance
• Current experience 500 757/767 flight hours
• RVSM trained
• International experience
