Full Time - 8 hour - Variable Shift
Hourly Pay Range (Minimum - Midpoint - Maximum):
$34.170 - $44.090 - $49.370
What You Will Do In This Role:
- Provide direct supervision and day‑to‑day oversight of pharmacy technician staff.
- Support pharmacy leadership with daily operational workflow and staffing needs.
- Coach and mentor pharmacy technicians to promote performance, engagement, and accountability.
- Assist with operational, training, and quality assurance activities for pharmacy technician programs.
Required Qualifications
- Education pursuant to licensure.
- 3 Years Pharmacy Technician experience in hospital pharmacy environment or equivalent healthcare setting.
- California Pharmacy Technician License (TCH) - CA State Board of Pharmacy
Preferred Qualifications
- 1 Year In a leadership role.
- Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) - Pharmacy Technician Certification Board
