About This Role
This Full Stack Technical Lead role involves leading the technical development of frontend and backend solutions, defining architectural guidelines, and implementing cloud services on Google Cloud Platform (GCP). The position suits a candidate with solid experience in software development, solution architecture, and API integrations, who can guide an engineering team to deliver scalable, maintainable, and efficient technological solutions.
Responsibilities
- Technically lead the design, development, and implementation of frontend and backend software solutions
- Develop and supervise frontend applications using Next.js and React
- Design, develop, and maintain backend services, APIs, and microservices using NestJS, Node.js, and TypeScript
- Define and ensure good practices in software architecture, design patterns, code quality, and development standards
- Design and implement cloud solutions on Google Cloud Platform (GCP), ideally using Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE) and Cloud Run
- Design and manage integrations between systems, services, and platforms using REST APIs and other communication mechanisms
- Identify opportunities to reuse existing components, services, and solutions, optimizing development times and reducing duplication of efforts
- Evaluate technical alternatives and propose scalable, secure, efficient solutions aligned with functional and non-functional requirements
- Support the development team through code reviews, technical problem-solving, and guidance in implementing solutions
- Collaborate with architects, developers, infrastructure teams, and business areas to ensure correct delivery of solutions
- Identify technical risks, propose continuous improvements, and contribute to the evolution of technological architecture
Requirements
- Professional degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields
- Solid experience in software development and technical leadership of engineering teams or initiatives
- Proficiency in Next.js and React for frontend application development
- Experience in backend development with NestJS, Node.js, and TypeScript
- Experience in designing, developing, and maintaining APIs and microservices-based architectures
- Practical experience implementing solutions on Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
- Knowledge and experience in container services and cloud deployment, ideally GKE and Cloud Run
- Experience in software architecture design, system integration, and definition of technical solutions
- Ability to evaluate existing code, identify reusable components, and propose improvements to implemented solutions
- Experience with version control, code review, and good collaborative development practices
