Lead Management Analyst

Duties

Major Duties (may include):

• Manages corporate communications to include message development, graphics, animation, presentations, briefings, talking points, speeches, Director's Calls, archiving, and providing key support to AFRL and Eglin AFB public affairs processes.

• Prepares talking points, presentations, and brain-books for leadership before engagements occur with government organizations, industry, and academic institutions.

• Plans, prepares, and orchestrates visits for distinguished visitors and key leaders.

• Manages the AFRL/RW Workflow, higher headquarters tasking, and suspense processes.

Qualifications

Specialized Experience: Applicants must have at least (1) year or 52 weeks of specialized experience equivalent to the DO-01 band level or GS-11 grade level in the Federal service or equivalent in an alternate pay system. Specialized experience must include knowledge in the areas of corporate and organizational communications as they apply to Staff Positions, Protocol, Public Affairs, Commanders Action Group and Command Section level management. Experience working in 3 of the following areas of development of itineraries, briefings, graphics, and/or strategic communication plans for high level distinguished visitors and key leaders. Experience in formulation of internal/external messaging to government, industry and academia.

Part-Time or Unpaid Experience: Credit will be given for appropriate unpaid and or part-time work. You must clearly identify the duties and responsibilities in each position held and the total number of hours per week.
