Job Description
- Lead and manage the daily logistics operations of the Middle Mile Line Haul
- Lead the development and execution of Traffic and Yard management across SPX facilities
- Responsible for the performance of Middle Mile in term of Speed, Capacity, and Cost
- Develop and enforce policies and procedures to ensure efficient and safe operations.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth integration of processes and execution
- Recruit, train, and manage staff, including control tower, ground teams, and traffic/yard controller.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations, including those related to health, safety, and transportation.
- Continuously seek opportunities for process improvements and cost reductions.
- Any other tasks/responsibilities as assigned by your reporting manager
Requirements
- 3-5 years in logistics industry preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- English communication is a must
- Ability to drive and travel
