About the role
DESCRIPTION:
We are looking for an experienced Senior Full Stack Java Developer with 10+ years of hands-on experience designing, developing, and delivering enterprise-grade applications. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Java Spring Boot, Microservices, modern front-end frameworks, cloud technologies, and system architecture. This role requires technical leadership, mentoring capabilities, and the ability to drive end-to-end solution development.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable high-performance enterprise applications.
- Architect and implement microservices-based solutions using Java and Spring Boot.
- Develop responsive and intuitive user interfaces using Angular or React.
- Lead technical design discussions and provide architectural recommendations.
- Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, architects, and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Drive best practices in coding, testing, security, performance optimization, and deployment.
- Review code, mentor team members, and ensure adherence to development standards.
- Design and optimize RESTful APIs and integration services.
- Troubleshoot complex production issues and implement sustainable solutions.
- Participate in Agile Scrum ceremonies and contribute to release planning.
- Support DevOps initiatives and CI/CD implementation.
REQUIRED TECHNICAL SKILLS
- Backend Development: Strong expertise in Java 8, 11, 17+, Spring Framework, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security, Hibernate, JPA, RESTful APIs, Microservices Architecture, Multithreading and Concurrency, Design Patterns, and SOLID Principles.
- Frontend Development: Angular 8+ preferred or React.js, TypeScript, JavaScript ES6+, HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, Angular Material.
- Database Technologies: Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Performance Tuning, Database Design, and Optimization.
- Messaging and Integration: Kafka, RabbitMQ, REST, SOAP Services, Event-Driven Architecture.
- DevOps and Tools: Git, Maven, Gradle, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, SonarQube, JUnit, Mockito.
- Cloud Platforms: AWS, Azure, GCP, Containerized Deployments, Cloud-Native Application Development.
