As a Lead Informatics (Healthcare Settings), you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Project Management: Lead and coordinate the planning of IT connectivity for new polyclinic instruments, oversee end-to-end testing, and ensure timely project delivery.
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments on IT work plans, including cross-institutional Imaging referrals and intra- and inter-cluster blood collection workflows, to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Technology Evaluation: Continuously assess emerging technologies and evaluate their potential applications and impact on Diagnostics operations, adopting and integrating new solutions where beneficial, such as AI platforms for radiology reporting.
- Change Management: Ensure effective and timely communication of changes to support smooth implementation and adoption.
- Business as Usual (BAU) IT Activities: Oversee BAU IT operations, ensuring full compliance with GITO requirements while effectively managing budgets and resources.
Requirements:
- Possess a Bachelor's Degree in IT or other related field
- Relevant certifications in Project Management, Programme Management, or other related areas will be an advantage.
