Lead a diverse squad of Engineering professionals. Provide continuous feedback, guidance, and support to the team. Plan and coordinate task distribution among squad members, ensuring clarity on assignments and deadlines. Monitor project progress and adjust allocations and priorities as necessary.
Requirements
Experience in planning, organizing, and managing projects. Ability to manage schedules, resources, and deliverables for successful project completion. Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Lean). Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
