Detailed Job Description:

Job Summary We are seeking an experienced IAM Tech Lead / ForgeRock Lead to design, implement, and support enterprise Identity and Access Management solutions using the ForgeRock platform. The candidate will lead architecture, development, integration, and operational activities while working closely with business stakeholders, security teams, application owners, and infrastructure teams.

The role requires strong technical expertise in ForgeRock products, authentication and authorization mechanisms, identity lifecycle management, and modern security protocols.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Leadership

• Lead end-to-end ForgeRock IAM solution design, implementation, migration, and support activities.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to IAM engineers and developers.
• Define IAM architecture and security best practices aligned with enterprise standards.
• Review solution designs, code, and deployment strategies.

ForgeRock Implementation

• Configure and administer:

oForgeRock Access Management (AM)

oForgeRock Identity Management (IDM)

oForgeRock Directory Services (DS)

oForgeRock Identity Gateway (IG)

• Design authentication journeys, trees, and nodes.
• Implement adaptive and risk-based authentication solutions.
• Configure Single Sign-On (SSO), Federation, and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).

Integration & Security

• Integrate applications using:

oSAML 2.0

oOAuth 2.0

oOpenID Connect (OIDC)

oLDAP

oREST APIs

• Design and implement role-based access control (RBAC) and attribute-based access control (ABAC).
• Develop custom connectors, workflows, and APIs as needed.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to ensure compliance with security policies and standards.

IAM Operations & Support

• Lead production support and incident management activities.
• Perform root cause analysis for authentication and authorization issues.
• Manage platform upgrades, patching, and performance tuning.
• Ensure platform availability, scalability, and resilience.

Stakeholder Management

• Work with business users, architects, product owners, and security teams.
• Participate in client discussions, technical workshops, and solution presentations.
• Prepare technical documentation, design artifacts, and operational runbooks.
