Job Summary We are seeking an experienced .NET Development Lead with strong technical expertise in Microsoft technologies and proven experience leading development teams in delivering enterprise-scale applications. The ideal candidate will be responsible for application architecture, solution design, team leadership, code quality, stakeholder management, and successful delivery of business-critical solutions.
The role requires hands-on development experience, leadership capabilities, and the ability to collaborate with business, architecture, QA, DevOps, and infrastructure teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing applications.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Leadership
- Lead a team of developers in designing, developing, testing, and deploying enterprise-grade applications.
- Provide technical direction and architectural guidance for .NET-based solutions.
- Establish development standards, coding practices, and application governance.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to quality and security standards.
- Identify technical risks and drive mitigation plans.
Application Development
- Design and develop applications using:

oWeb APIs and RESTful Services

- Develop microservices-based solutions and cloud-enabled applications.
- Implement secure coding standards and performance optimization techniques.
Stakeholder Management
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Participate in solution design workshops and architecture discussions.
- Provide project status, technical updates, and risk assessments to leadership teams.
DevOps & Delivery
- Collaborate with DevOps teams for CI/CD implementation.
- Support application deployment, release planning, and production support activities.
- Drive Agile and Scrum methodologies across the development team.
Team Management
- Mentor developers and conduct technical knowledge-sharing sessions.
- Support resource planning, effort estimation, and capacity management.
- Participate in hiring, onboarding, and performance management activities.

- Microsoft Azure Certifications.
- Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience with Security, IAM, Financial Services, or Banking domain applications.
- Knowledge of application security standards and OWASP guidelines.
