Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital transformation strategies aligned with client business goals
- Lead project teams in the execution of digital initiatives, including system implementation, process automation, and data analytics
- Assess current digital capabilities and identify areas for improvement and innovation
- Advise senior stakeholders on emerging digital technologies and their potential impact
- Manage client relationships and ensure exceptional service delivery throughout project life cycles
- Facilitate change management processes to ensure smooth adoption of digital solutions
- Conduct market research and analyze industry best practices in digital transformation
- Develop and deliver compelling presentations and reports to clients
- Mentor and develop junior consultants within the digital practice
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
Requirements
- Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in digital transformation, IT consulting, or a related field
- Demonstrated experience in leading large-scale digital transformation projects
- Deep understanding of digital technologies, including cloud computing, AI, data analytics, and cybersecurity
- Strong project management skills, with experience in agile methodologies
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities
- Proven ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships
- Experience in developing business cases and ROI analyses for digital investments
- Ability to travel as required to client sites in Upington and surrounding areas
- Must be authorized to work in South Africa
