Lead Consultant Digital Transformation

About This Role

Leading digital transformation mandates for clients at the C-level is the core of this consulting role, guiding them from strategy to implementation. The Lead Consultant will also actively shape the development of the rapidly growing consulting unit, working closely with engineering teams to provide comprehensive business know-how, methodology, and technical implementation.

Responsibilities

• Lead own consulting mandates: from initial assessment to digital strategy, enterprise architecture, and change management
• Provide strategic advice at C-level: act as a sparring partner for management in the financial industry, public administration, and healthcare, convincingly representing recommendations
• Bridge strategy and implementation: translate business goals into feasible roadmaps and work closely with engineering teams
• Provide independent advice: recommend what is right for the client, regardless of whether Ergon carries out the implementation
• Mentor consultants: support junior colleagues in projects and specifically foster their development
• Actively shape the consulting offering: develop services further and contribute to expanding client relationships and new mandates

Requirements

• University degree in Business Informatics or comparable (university / FH, Master)
• Many years of experience in a consulting firm with a focus on financial services industry, public administration, or healthcare
• Responsibility for the further development of consulting services and mentoring junior consultants
• Advise C-level clients on business, technology, and organizational issues
• Further training and certifications in relevant areas
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal (German and English)
• Willingness to travel in German-speaking Switzerland, especially Zurich and Bern
