In accordance with the established mission, vision, values, and strategic priorities of Northern Health, and under the general supervision of Health Services Administrator or designate, the Lead Combined Lab/X-Ray Technologist (CXLT) is accountable for the administration, supervision and planning of Laboratory and Radiology services. The Lead CXLT is responsible for ensuring that standards for Laboratory and Radiology are consistent with regulatory, accrediting body standards and relevant legislation. The Lead CXLT provides clinical guidance to Laboratory and Radiology staff and advises the Health Services Administrator (or designate) on matters regarding laboratory and radiology practices. The Lead CXLT will advise on budgets, workload, labour relations, personnel, and best practice. The Lead CXLT is also responsible for interpreting and implementing regulations, policies, and procedures as they apply to laboratory and radiology Services.
Shift Rotation/Hours of work:
Monday to Friday. Days - 08:00 to 14:30
