THE ROLE
As a Lead Analyst, you will be responsible for analysing portfolio performance, uncovering trends, and delivering insights that drive better decision-making. This role combines technical analysis with regular client and stakeholder engagement, making strong communication skills essential.
Specifically, you can expect to be involved in:
- Analysing portfolio performance and identifying key trends, opportunities, and risks.
- Producing reporting and insight generation to support operational and strategic decisions.
- Presenting findings and recommendations to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Supporting process optimisation initiatives to improve efficiency and outcomes.
- Developing customer segmentation strategies and analytical frameworks.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
The successful Lead Analyst will have the following skills and experience:
- Strong SQL skills and experience working with large datasets.
- Experience delivering analytical insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Background in portfolio analytics, collections, insolvency, credit risk, or a related analytical environment.
- Experience using Python would be advantageous.
