THE ROLE

As a Lead Analyst, you will be responsible for analysing portfolio performance, uncovering trends, and delivering insights that drive better decision-making. This role combines technical analysis with regular client and stakeholder engagement, making strong communication skills essential.

Specifically, you can expect to be involved in:

  • Analysing portfolio performance and identifying key trends, opportunities, and risks.
  • Producing reporting and insight generation to support operational and strategic decisions.
  • Presenting findings and recommendations to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Supporting process optimisation initiatives to improve efficiency and outcomes.
  • Developing customer segmentation strategies and analytical frameworks.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

The successful Lead Analyst will have the following skills and experience:

  • Strong SQL skills and experience working with large datasets.
  • Experience delivering analytical insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Background in portfolio analytics, collections, insolvency, credit risk, or a related analytical environment.
  • Experience using Python would be advantageous.
