*** Lead Business Analyst - Manufacturing Operations Management (MOM) – 6 months B2B Contract – Thailand (Hybrid) ***
RED has a new contract opportunity for a Lead Business Analyst - Manufacturing Opertions Management (MOM) to join one of our key partners for a large MOM transformation programme.
The initial contract will be for 6 months with a strong possibility of extension based on project requirements.
This contract is to start ASAP and will be hybrid, with on-site presence required at manufacturing sites in central Thailand 4 days per week.
Specific skills/experience required:
• 8+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Product Management support, Manufacturing Systems, Smart Factory or Digital Manufacturing environments.
• Strong experience working across Manufacturing Operations Management (MOM), MES, Automation, Machine Connectivity, Manufacturing Intelligence or related manufacturing technology portfolios.
• Proven experience with portfolio governance, demand management, business case development, prioritisation, roadmap planning and executive stakeholder engagement.
• Strong Business Analysis capabilities including requirements gathering, process mapping, operating model design, fit-gap analysis, workshop facilitation and impact assessment.
• Experience working with manufacturing execution processes including production execution, traceability, material flow, quality management, maintenance and performance monitoring.
• Good understanding of industrial automation and IT/OT environments including PLC, SCADA, HMI, machine connectivity and operational technology.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional initiatives involving Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, IT, Data, Architecture and external vendors.
• Experience supporting or leading MES, Smart Factory, Manufacturing Transformation or Digital Manufacturing programmes.
• Experience creating governance frameworks, standards, templates, decision papers and portfolio reporting.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior business and technical stakeholders.
• Experience coaching or guiding Business Analysts would be highly advantageous.
• Manufacturing industry experience is essential.
• Excellent English & Thai communication skills.
• Able to start within 2–4 weeks from offer
