The ideal candidate will possess strong business analysis knowledge and a proven track record of delivering successful projects. Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough business analysis to identify client needs and requirements in the insurance sector.
- Engage with stakeholders during presales activities to gather requirements and present tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of solutions post-sale.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, and user stories.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings with clients to elicit requirements and validate solutions.
- Analyze and document current business processes, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients throughout the project lifecycle.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance service delivery.

Qualifications
