Key Result Areas/Accountabilities
Supporting Actions
Safety (LTI, Recordables, First Aid, MM Explosions)
Plan and execute safe molten metal handling practices at billet casthouses
PB Targets (Production, Quality, Productivity, Cost)
Plan and execute improvement project to ensure quality and effectiveness
Successful Resolution of Top 10 billet cast house issues for the downstream business
Perform RCA and implement CAPA to solve main billet cast house issues
Elimination of cast quality issues
Implement effective corrective actions
Elimination of customer rejections due to poor casting quality
Perform RCA and implement CAPA to solve main billet cast house issues
Best Practices Horizontal Replication
Ensure horizontal information exchange between pant and cast houses
Reduction in repetitive cast quality issues
Perform RCA and implement CAPA to solve main billet cast house issues
Drive implementation of digital solution to assess casting quality
Identify opportunities to push billet cast house digitalization, implement actions
