About This Role
Leading external audits in accordance with ISO standards, from planning to execution and certification, is the core of this role. The position involves managing client relationships and ensuring audit integrity, and it suits an experienced auditor with strong technical knowledge of management systems.
Responsibilities
- Audit and manage clients, handling all required certification activities from opening to report submission
- Coordinate with clients and manage key relationships within the organization
- Perform other tasks assigned by Certification Leadership
- Conduct audits impartially and without conflicts of interest, with integrity
- Engage with all teams as a team player
- Manage client expectations and provide regular updates for audits, NCR management, and report completion
- Manage technical queries and report completion as per technical requirements
- Ensure a high level of client satisfaction
- Follow and complete field and travel-related HSE requirements
- Conduct audits as per accreditation and requirements
- Track, manage, and communicate plans and schedules
Requirements
- External audits in accordance with ISO standards including planning, conducting, and executing complete certificate cycles
- Qualified auditor for QHSE and BCMS
- Bachelor's degree / Master's degree
- Training in ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015/2026, ISO 45001:2018, ISO 22301:2019, client handling and customer service
- Knowledge of management systems and ISO HLS
- Knowledge of ISO standards and ISO 17021, IAF, and Accreditation requirements
- NACE code classification and technical classification of industries
- Knowledge of Outlook, Office 365 (Word, Excel), planning and scheduling software applications
- Minimum 5 years' experience in successfully executing, planning, and completing audits for IMS/QHSE/BCMS for marine, oil, and gas clients
- Ability to work independently and manage client, management, and leadership for individual and team-based work
- Excellent time management to ensure timely deliverables

- Complete regular technical and HSE standard training and compliance to HSE requirements
Nice to have:
- Qualified auditor for EnMS and AMS
- Fluency in English and Arabic knowledge
- Training in ISO 50001, ISO 55001, ITSMS/ISMS/PIMS
