Core Responsibilities
Lead teams of at least 30 production representatives on the operational floor, ensuring process execution according to work instructions with a focus on safety, 5S, and productivity. Manage daily routines autonomously to maintain operational indicators at the highest level of excellence, ensuring compliance with production plans. Act as a change agent in implementing performance improvements by analyzing indicators and sharing best practices.
Requirements Bachelor's degree in Exact Sciences, Administration, Logistics, or related fields. Experience in people management and operational routines in Distribution Centers or transportation areas. Proficiency in Google or Office tools, with intermediate knowledge in Excel/Google Sheets, Power BI, and SQL for data extraction and operational analysis.
