Supervisionar e preparar pratos e receitas. Controle e supervisão do estoque de alimentos, bem como a qualidade de recebimento. Controle diário de validades, qualidade e aderência a normas sanitárias, limpeza de utensílios e do ambiente em geral.
Coordenar a equipe de plantão delegando e atuando para o melhor funcionamento do restaurante.
