Responsibilities include adhering to clinical protocols and safety standards, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes, maintaining accurate documentation, and participating in staff training and development. Candidates should have at least 5 years of experience in labor and delivery, with a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory or charge nurse role. Required certifications include NRP, ACLS, BLS, and AWHONN Advanced Fetal Monitoring obtained within the last 2 years.
