Job Description
- Partner with HRBPs and business leaders to identify talent development needs and recommend learning solutions.
- Coordinate with external consultants and training providers to ensure successful program execution.
- Manage training operations, learning activities, and employee learning experiences.
- Maintain learning systems and training records while ensuring data accuracy.
- Analyze learning metrics, evaluate program effectiveness, and provide improvement recommendations.
- Promote digital learning and continuous development across the organization.
- Support employee engagement and culture-building initiatives in collaboration with global teams.
- Drive the implementation of development plans and talent growth programs.
- Assist with cross-functional HR projects and other assigned responsibilities.
The Successful Applicant
- 5+ years of experience in L&D, T&D, HR, or related functions.
- Proven experience in training program management, leadership development, and stakeholder coordination.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret learning data and measure program impact.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to work effectively across functions and cultures.
- Highly organized and capable of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive, growth-minded, and passionate about developing people and fostering a culture of continuous learning.
