Lawyer Senior Lawyer - Employment

About This Role

This role is for a talented Lawyer or Senior Lawyer to join the Employment team in Milan, supporting senior associates and partners in advising clients on a wide range of employment matters. The position involves advising leading national and international companies on general employment advice, contentious matters, trade union relationships, and social security law.

Responsibilities

• Manage and advise on a wide range of strategic employment law risks and issues
• Draft, advise on, and negotiate a variety of agreements, including contracts of employment, settlement agreements, and supporting general commercial agreements involving employment matters
• Undertake complex and routine legal cases involving employment matters, including compliances, internal investigations, and disciplinary matters

Requirements

• Italian qualified lawyer with great academic results
• Between 3 and 4 PQE in the employment law sector is likely to have the right level of expertise
• Solid background in employment and labour law matters
• Excellent communication skills
• Commitment to delivering a high level of client service
• Ability to manage competing priorities and a varied workload
