This lawyer role is a key contributor to a specialized corporate law firm, providing comprehensive legal services for businesses. Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and prepare various legal documents, commercial contracts, partnership agreements, NDAs, and service agreements
- Prepare precise, practical legal recommendations for complex transactions
- Analyze, summarize, and propose amendments to complex legal documents, maintaining strong attention to detail
- Contribute actively to legal due diligence processes and support Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) transactions
- Prepare legal memoranda, pleadings, and briefs for commercial litigation and Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) proceedings
- Manage legal files against clear timelines, track billable hours and progress
- Utilize document-management and time-tracking tools efficiently to ensure organized workflow
- Conduct in-depth legal research on applicable Saudi laws, regulations, and judicial precedents
- Write legal articles and newsletters to support firm knowledge and client communication
Requirements
- Licensed to practice law in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (Mandatory)
- Bachelor
- Minimum of 3 years of practical experience in reputable law firms
- Excellent command of legal drafting and communication in Arabic (Essential)
- Strong knowledge of Saudi law, Sharia principles, and commercial/business laws, with experience in local and cross-border matters
- Practical understanding of corporate law, compliance, commercial contracts, and litigation/arbitration procedures
- Familiarity with legal tech tools for document and task management
- Superior communication, presentation, and leadership skills
- Proven ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities efficiently
