About This Role

This part-time position as a Law Clerk, working three days a week, is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual with some prior law clerk experience. The role is designed for someone eager to learn, grow, and build a long-term career in the legal field within a busy and expanding law firm.

Responsibilities

• Assist with file management and organization
• Draft basic correspondence and legal documents under supervision
• Manage calendars, deadlines, and court-related materials
• Communicate professionally with clients, opposing counsel, and court staff
• Maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism at all times
• Provide general administrative and clerical support to the legal team

Requirements

• Law clerk diploma (completed or in progress) or relevant legal/administrative education preferred
• Writing sample to be provided
• Some prior law firm experience is required
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Professional demeanor and ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
• Reliable, proactive, and willing and able to learn quickly

Important Details

• Schedule: approximately 3 days per week to start
