Responsibilities
- Perform eyelash extension applications, lash lifts, and other lash enhancement treatments with precision and care
- Consult with clients to understand their desired look and recommend suitable lash styles or treatments
- Maintain strict sanitation and safety protocols in accordance with industry standards
- Manage client appointments efficiently using salon software such as Gloss Genius
- Engage with clients through effective communication, ensuring they are informed about aftercare and product recommendations
- Utilize social media management skills to promote services, showcase before-and-after photos, and increase client engagement
- Assist with retail sales by recommending skincare products, lash care items, and other beauty essentials
- Support front desk operations by scheduling appointments, handling inquiries, and managing guest services seamlessly
- Conduct product demos and educate clients on the latest trends in eyelash extensions, makeup application, hair styling, and other aesthetic treatments
Requirements
- Proven experience working in the beauty industry as a Lash Technician or esthetician
- Knowledge of eyelash extension techniques, including classic and volume styles
- Familiarity with management software such as Gloss Genius
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build lasting client relationships
- Ability to stay current on industry trends related to hair extensions, hair threading, body waxing, makeup application, nail care, tattooing, barbering, and other salon services
