This full-time, on-site role in a luxury beauty salon in Dubai involves performing a range of lash services, including classic, hybrid, and volume extensions, lash lifts, tinting, and maintenance treatments. The position suits a lash technician who can consult with clients, design customized lash looks, and deliver precise, safe applications while maintaining a clean workstation and supporting a luxury client experience.
Responsibilities
- Perform a range of lash services, including classic, hybrid, and volume extensions, lash lifts, tinting, and maintenance treatments
- Follow brand standards and hygiene protocols
- Consult with clients to understand their preferences
- Design customized lash looks
- Deliver precise, safe applications that protect natural lashes
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation
- Manage appointment readiness
- Support a calm, luxury client experience from arrival to departure
- Work closely with the wider salon team to coordinate services
- Uphold service quality
- Contribute to a positive and professional work environment
Requirements
- Professional training and certification in lash extensions and lash lift/tint techniques
- Strong technical skills in classic, hybrid, and volume application
- Knowledge of hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards for lash services, including proper tool sterilization and eye-area care
- Experience in client consultation, with the ability to assess eye shape, natural lash condition, and tailor styles to client needs
- Strong attention to detail, steady hand-eye coordination, and the ability to deliver consistent, high-quality work over multiple appointments
- Excellent customer service and communication skills, with a warm, professional manner and a focus on client comfort and satisfaction
- Ability to work on-site in Dubai and manage a full-time schedule
- Ability to collaborate effectively with other beauty professionals in a luxury salon setting
