- Maintain strict sanitation and hygiene standards to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff
- Manage client appointments using salon software like Square, ensuring smooth scheduling
- Promote retail sales of beauty products and aftercare items through effective upselling techniques
- Engage with clients via social media management to showcase work, promote specials, and build community
Requirements
- Proven experience working in the beauty industry, especially with eyelash extensions or similar aesthetic treatments
- Certification or training
- Strong communication skills to effectively consult with clients and provide personalized recommendations
- Knowledge of sanitation protocols and infection control practices in a salon or spa setting
- Ability to operate salon software such as Square for scheduling and client management
- Experience with retail sales, upselling, and client communication to enhance guest satisfaction
- Basic understanding of hair threading, body waxing, dermabrasion, chemical peels, and other skincare services is advantageous
