About the role
Dupas Technologies is accepting applications for a major remote hiring wave.
One application gives you the opportunity to be considered for several types of remote assignments. You do not need experience in every area, and not every position requires phone work.
Applicants will be assigned according to their strongest skills, availability, communication ability, and performance during onboarding.
Available Assignments Include Lead research and business list building
Email outreach
Outbound calling and appointment setting
Spreadsheet management
Lead and applicant tracking
Daily reporting
General operations and administrative support
Some tea ---------- mbers will make outbound calls. Others will focus on research, email outreach, spreadsheets, tracking, reporting, or administrative work.
Training, scripts, written instructions, and standard operating procedures will be provided for assigned tasks.

Basic Requirements Reliable computer

Working email and WhatsApp account
Good written and spoken English
Consistent availability for at least one four-hour shift
Ability to begin immediately
Willingness To Follow Company SOPs And Reporting Requirements Applicants interested in calling assignments should also have a working headset and a quiet place to make calls.
Available Four-hour Shifts — U.s. Central Time 12:00 AM–4:00 AM
4:00 AM–8:00 AM
8:00 AM–12:00 PM
12:00 PM–4:00 PM
4:00 PM–8:00 PM
8:00 PM–12:00 AM
You may select every shift you are consistently available to work.
Start Date Immediate onboarding. Initial assignments begin as early as July 28, 2026.
Compensation Starting pay: $3.50 USD per hour
High-performing tea ---------- mbers may become eligible for an increase to $4.00 USD per hour following the initial performance evaluation
Appointment-setting assignments may include additional performance bonuses
All required assigned work and training will be paid according to company policy
