About the Role:
Southern LLC is looking for a dedicated and hardworking Landscaper/Groundskeeper to join our team in Loxahatchee, FL! This is a great opportunity to work outdoors, take pride in beautiful properties, and grow your career in the landscaping industry. If you love working with your hands and keeping grounds looking their best, we want to hear from you! This is a part time position of 16 hrs per week with a possibility of full time in the future for the right candidate. While part-time, we are flexible with your schedule.
Responsibilities:
- Mow, edge, and trim lawns to maintain clean and manicured appearances - 7 acres property
- Apply fertilizers, mulch, and soil treatments to promote healthy plant growth
- Remove debris, weeds, and dead vegetation from grounds and garden beds
Requirements:
- Prior experience in landscaping, grounds keeping, or a related field preferred
- Ability to operate commercial landscaping equipment safely and efficiently
- Physical stamina to work outdoors in Florida heat and varying weather conditions
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Knowledge of Florida-native plants, turf, and irrigation systems is a plus
