About This Role
This role involves general landscaping, exterior cleaning, property maintenance, and preparing outdoor areas. It suits a responsible and hardworking individual with outdoor work experience and knowledge of landscaping tools, who is punctual and able to follow instructions.
Responsibilities
- Mow, edge, clean, and blow exterior areas
- Clear leaves, branches, trash, and debris around the property
- Trim shrubs, bushes, hedges, and small trees
- Prepare areas for mulch, plants, grass, sod, or gardening
- Assist with the installation of plants, soil, mulch, stones, and landscaping materials
- Load, unload, and move materials, tools, plants, soil, mulch, and debris
- Maintain clean patios, driveways, sidewalks, and exterior areas
- Assist with site cleanup and property preparation
- Assist with basic concrete work if experienced
- Prepare ground, level areas, and support work on patios, sidewalks, or concrete paths
- Follow instructions from the supervisor or project manager
- Keep the work area clean and organized
Requirements
- Experience in landscaping, property maintenance, or outdoor work
- Knowledge of using tools such as a blower, weed eater, trimmer, mower, hedge trimmer, and hand tools
- Ability to work outdoors in the Florida heat
- Ability to lift materials and perform physical labor
- Responsible, punctual, and hardworking
- Good attitude and willingness to work
Nice to have:
- Concrete experience (especially preparing areas, moving materials, assisting with patios, cement, ground preparation, leveling, or basic concrete-related tasks)
