Duties Summary The position is organizationally located in the Architect of the Capitol (AOC), House Office Buildings, Assistant Superintendent Client Services Division, Labor and Custodial Branch. The Laborer (Recycler) Leader is a working leader and will provide work instructions to other employees and perform the same type of work as that being led.

You must meet the following SCREEN-OUT(S) required for this position: The ability to lead employees in the performance of laborer/recycler work.
