Responsibilities
- Attend to technical calls from internal users
- Install, configure, and maintain computers and peripherals
- Provide in-person and remote technical support
- Install and update software and applications
- Monitor the functioning of networks, systems, and equipment
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance
- Organize physical infrastructure and cabling
- Perform data backup and recovery
- Control inventory of IT equipment and assets
- Support information security and user access
- Support classrooms, laboratories, and administrative environments
- Record services and solutions executed
- Support IT suppliers and service providers
Requirements
- Technical course in IT, Networks, Technical Support, or related areas
- Desirable: ongoing graduation in Information Technology or related fields
- Desirable: experience in technical support and IT infrastructure
