About the role
We are currently partnering with a client near Fort Collins, CO, who is seeking an experienced Laboratory Manager to lead their microbiology laboratory. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on leader to oversee laboratory operations, manage a team, and contribute to the overall success of the site. Relocation assistance is available for the selected candidate.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Microbiology or a related scientific discipline
- 5+ years of professional experience in microbiology, molecular biology, or a related field
- Proven leadership experience, including team management and oversight of day-to-day laboratory operations
- Experience managing budgets and/or P&L responsibilities
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
