Laboratory Analyst

About This Role

Working in the laboratory, the analyst monitors and tests raw materials, in-process control points, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality assurance standards and product specifications. This role provides technical support and ensures efficient laboratory processes while adhering to correct procedures, safety guidelines, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance to Quality Assurance standards and product specifications by monitoring and analyzing incoming raw materials, in-process control points and finished products
• Provide technical support and ensure efficient laboratory processes while adhering to correct procedures, safety guidelines and regulatory compliance (GMP, HACCP and HALAL)

Requirements

• Graduate of B.S. Chemistry, Food Technology or related courses
• PRC license is an advantage: Chem Tech / Chemist / Food Technologist
• Knowledgeable on GMP, HACCP and HALAL regulations
• Knowledgeable on the use of standard laboratory apparatus and equipment
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Data analysis and computation skills
• Willing to work on a shifting schedule, Monday - Saturday
• Fresh Graduates may apply
