Lab Associate (Parttime 50%)

The Opportunity Avantor zoekt een Lab Associate voor onze klantenlocatie in Beerse. In deze veelzijdige functie ondersteun je dagelijks laboratoriumactiviteiten en zorg je ervoor dat onderzoekers en labomedewerkers steeds beschikken over de juiste materialen en producten. Je bent een belangrijke schakel tussen logistiek en het laboratorium en draagt bij aan een efficiënte en veilige werkomgeving. Je werkt elke werkdag een halve dag (50%) en speelt een belangrijke rol in het efficiënt laten verlopen van de logistieke ondersteuning binnen het labo.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

Logistieke ondersteuning

• Dagelijks beheer van laboratoriumproducten in verschillende voorraadruimtes en laboratoria.
• Opvolgen van voorraadniveaus via kanban- en inventory management systemen.
• Aanvullen van stocklocaties en labo-units vanuit de centrale voorraadruimte.
• Ontvangen, uitpakken en stockeren van geleverde laboratoriumproducten.
• Registreren van solventen, reagentia en verbruiksgoederen in de daarvoor bestemde systemen.
• Aanmaken, printen en controleren van etiketten.
• Uitvoeren van controles op vervaldata en stockniveaus.

Afvalbeheer

• Ophalen en afvoeren van gesloten afvalrecipiënten.
• Plaatsen en aanvullen van lege afvalrecipiënten waar nodig.
• Meewerken aan een veilige en ordelijke werkomgeving volgens de geldende procedures.

Verzendingen en staalbeheer

• Organiseren van dagelijkse transporten.
• Ontvangen en verwerken van stalen.
• Zorgen voor een correcte opvolging van inkomende en uitgaande zendingen.

Wie ben jij?

• Je hebt een eerste ervaring in logistiek, magazijnbeheer, laboratoriumondersteuning of een gelijkaardige functie.
• Je werkt nauwkeurig en gestructureerd.
• Je bent klantgericht en communiceert vlot met verschillende stakeholders.
• Je bent sterk in de Nederlandse taal en hebt een goede basis kennis van de Engelse taal (spreken, schrijven, begrijpen) .
• Ervaring in werken in GMP omgeving is een pluspunt .
• Je bent een echte teamspeler maar kan ook zelfstandig werken.
• Je hebt oog voor veiligheid, kwaliteit en detail.
