- Plan and execute end-to-end Manual, Functional, Sanity, Integration, and Regression testing across UAT and Production environments.
- Perform API testing using tools like Postman, Insomnia, or Swagger to validate request/response payloads, status codes, and security.
- Assist in deployment validation, UAT coordination, and post-release sanity checks.
- Work with Git/GitHub/GitLab to inspect code commits, review branch histories, and identify recent code changes linked to bugs or regressions.
- Utilize Linux/Unix command-line tools for log parsing, process monitoring, and environment troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with DevOps teams on CI/CD build issues, container deployments, and deployment health checks.
- Communicate technical updates clearly to internal teams and business stakeholders.
- Participate in on-call support rotations and critical production release windows.
Requirements
- 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience in L2 Technical Support, Application Support, or QA/Testing for web applications.
- Solid understanding of Java, Spring Boot framework, Microservices architecture, and RESTful APIs.
- Strong proficiency in writing and optimizing SQL queries (MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MS SQL Server) for data verification and debugging.

- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with strong verbal and written communication abilities.
Nice to have:
- Experience working in the FinTech / Payments domain.
- Basic understanding of cloud platforms (AWS / Azure).
- Exposure to Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins/GitLab CI).
